在电影中戴安娜因为一直生活在天堂岛，所以心思善良纯洁对人世间的认知非常少。因为从小戴安娜听到的故事就是，宙斯所创造的人类都是善良的美丽的，所以她相信人类，在见过生活在战争中的人们时，她也不顾一切的想要解救她们。

在戴安娜的心中，人世间的战争都是因为人类被战神阿瑞斯蛊惑了心神才发生的，但是她没有想到的是她也是宙斯之女，是阿瑞斯的妹妹，而人类之所以会发起战争是因为自己的贪欲，阿瑞斯只是一个导火索而已。不过即便知道了残酷的真相，但戴安娜还一直心怀善良，决定拯救人类。
