《老家伙》讲述了肖长庆、孙前程和陈新城三位性格迥异的老家伙，在退休后携手创业、打造养老社区的暖愈故事。因反对公司被其他集团收购，新城集团董事长陈新城被迫退休，并接手了简陋的老员工活动中心，在集合老友孙前程、肖长庆后，老当益壮的“铁三角”踏上了另类创业路，一段欢乐笑闹交织、温情碰撞现实的“黄昏生活”就此展开。
