We all are lucky men还是We are all lucky men?

两个表达都是正确的。
we all are lucky men.
这里all是we的同位语,代词词性。
we are all lucky men.
这里all作定语,形容词性。

求几米《幸运儿》的英文简介

《幸运儿》(Mr. Wing) is a paperback Chinese comic by Jimmy Liao(几米), first published in 2003.
A Brief Introduction:
(Mr. Wing) Chairman has been so lucky ever since he was a child. He has everything and the best of all. Chairman is witty and comes first in everything. He has never been disappointed. Chairman is handsome and capable, has graceful and open-minded parents, a beautiful virtuous wife and lovely children. Many people have worked hard to pursue their dreams, everything comes easy for Chairman. Everybody likes Chairman. Chairman is a person who makes people envy and jealous. What's more? One day, Chairman receives a miraculous gift — a pair of wings.
The little pair of wings grow bigger on Chairman's back, allowing him to fly. People cheer for him as he has realized the dream of mankind. But then, Chairman finds the wings getting out-of-control. They take him off the ground anywhere and everywhere, anytime and any day. Chairman finds it so frustrated and eventually he decides to cut them off. The wings object. They take the unconscious Chairman off the operation table and vanish through the window. Chairman's family have been looking for him everywhere, but in vain. As time goes by, people seem to have forgotten all about Mr. Wing.
Mr. Wing is a tragic story of being lucky. Is he really lucky? Would you consider yourself lucky if you have a pair of wings, which are out of your control?
