多罗罗和百鬼丸之间有好几个结局，电影版中多罗罗和百鬼丸没有在一起，百鬼丸最后一个人独自去旅行了，而游戏里百鬼丸和多罗罗最后在一起了，至于漫画现在还没有结局，正在连载中，所以漫画中他们俩的结局还未可知。

百鬼丸还没出生的时候就被父亲利用，他一出生因为父亲和魔神的交易而被夺走了四十八个器官，他的样貌因此变得十分恐怖，身体也残破不堪。百鬼丸的父亲以为他活不了了，便遗弃了他，但尚在襁褓中的百鬼丸坚强的活了下来，然后他被医生捡去抚养，医生还为他安上了失去的那部分器官。

不过百鬼丸还是想要找回自己原本的器官，所以等百鬼丸稍微大一点后他便离开了医生，独自踏上了寻找器官之路，他也因此遇见了多罗罗，两个人结伴而行，多罗罗和百鬼丸一起经历了很多事情。
