杨锐所在的蛟龙突击队是《红海行动》的主角，这支海军是真实存在的，蛟龙突击队原型就是也门撤侨特种部队。

蛟龙突击队有八名成员，杨锐是突击队队长，很多人说杨锐原型可能是第19批护航舰队队长兰正武，但是没有得到证实，所以杨锐是虚构的人物，现实中没有杨锐这个人，当然蛟龙突击队对应的也门撤侨特种部队是大家心目中的英雄队伍，里面的成员都非常了不起。
