The eunuch in Farewell My Concubine insulted Dieyi. In the movie "Farewell My Concubine", Xiaodouzi was defiled by the eunuch Zhang Gonggong who "has the habit of breaking sleeves". It can be seen in the film that Xiaodouzi was called to the palace by the old eunuch Zhang Gonggong, and then the camera cut to Xiaodouzi's tear-filled eyes, and he knew that Xiaodouzi must have suffered inhuman treatment.

In the play, Eunuch Zhang, the eunuch, celebrates his 60th birthday, and then invites the Guan family opera troupe to sing at the birthday banquet. He wants to listen to "Farewell My Concubine" by name, but in fact, he has already aimed at Xiaodouzi, so after the performance, Xiaodouzi was killed. The attendants brought him into Eunuch Zhang's dormitory, and Eunuch Zhang was very excited to see Xiaodouzi.

After a while, Xiaodouzi said that he wanted to pee, but Eunuch Zhang looked at Xiaodouzi obscenely, and asked the attendant to bring a white jade bowl from the imperial court to catch Xiaodouzi's urine, and drank it all in one gulp. He also did all kinds of indecent things to Xiaodouzi, which naturally had a serious impact on Xiaodouzi, so he really responded to the line he sang, "I am a girl, not a man".

The movie "Farewell My Concubine" is adapted from Li Bihua's novel of the same name, directed by Chen Kaige, written by Li Bihua and Lu Wei, starring Leslie Cheung, Gong Li and Zhang Fengyi.
