该系列动画第一季由李俊毅、沈彪联合执导，共52集。讲述的是地球少女夏安安在机遇巧合下与散落地球上的花仙国拉贝尔大陆上的花仙精灵王缔结了盟约，成为了拯救危机的命定花仙魔法使者。在懵懂中发现原来自己的妈妈是花仙国的精灵守护神，从而立志要收集所有散落的花仙精灵王重组花之法典拯救花仙国见到妈妈的目标。在好友千韩和古灵仙族小王子库库鲁的帮助下渐渐成长并成功收复了23个精灵王。

The first season of the animation series is co-directed by Li Junyi and Shen Biao, with a total of 52 episodes. It tells the story of Xia An'an, a girl from the earth, who, by chance and coincidence, concluded an alliance with the Flower Fairy Elf King on the continent of Labelle, the flower fairy country scattered on the earth, and became the destined flower fairy magic messenger to save the crisis.
