"Flower Core" has a total of 95 minutes. "Flower Heart" is a film adapted from the novel of the same name by Setouchi Sabi, directed by Hiroshi Ando and starring Erika Murakawa. It was released in Japan on August 6, 2016. It tells the story of the heroine Sonoko obeying her parents' order and marrying her husband Qingyan. Sonoko didn't have any feelings for her husband at first. Shortly after marriage, after transferring to Tokyo with her husband, she met her husband's boss Ochi in an accidental encounter and fell in love.

The plot of "Flower Heart" is mainly divided into three layers, from Yuanzi's indifference to love, germination to bloom, to discuss the issue of free love.

The heroine also endows Yuanzi with strong emotions, pulling between the constraints of society and her true self. The audience seems to be able to feel the suffocation of hypocrisy and the sincerity through her subtle expression changes and differences in temperament.
