大结局时，楚留香和水母阴姬冰释前嫌，水母因为毒发死掉了，甜儿和胡铁花一起掌管神水宫。虽然楚留香发现自己并不是水母的儿子，但也没有继续追查，一切都因为死亡而释然了。最后楚留香离开神水宫去找苏蓉蓉。
