查克·诺里斯是美国空手道六十年代著名冠军、七八十年代美国动作片明星。
查克·诺里斯于1940生于俄克拉荷马州。1961年空军部队退役时，已是空手道和柔道高手。诺里斯因为1964-1968年在空手道比赛中的频繁胜利赢得了很高的知名度(连续六届世界空手道冠军),于1969年进入电影圈，1972年曾应李小龙之请，出演功夫片《龙争虎斗》，之后诺里斯沉寂了3年多，直到1976年再度登上大银幕，靠自己的不懈努力逐渐成为一位著名的动作影星。从1976年之后，查克·诺里斯以几乎1年1部的速度拍片，1985年更是连开3部戏，26年间拍摄了24部影片，电视连续剧《德州巡警》更是家喻户晓从 1993年播到2001年。 由他主演的《越战先锋》（ Missing in Action ）系列电影在八十年代的美国影响很大，在内地也有一定知名度，诺里斯和大卫•卡拉丁合作的西部片《独行侠野狼》（Lone Wolf McQuade）有比较高的评价。
