孔繁漪已经80岁了，是一位退休的中学语文老师，患有认知障碍已经2年的时间，在她的记忆中她的丈夫高大帅气并且还很有才华，说起这些她满满的自豪，她每天都会等老伴回家，但其实她的丈夫已经去世，可能刚刚说过的话，在下一秒她就会忘记。

在《忘不了餐厅2》第三期节目，顾客薛紫娇出现了，她真实身份就是孔奶奶的孙女，只不过薛紫娇站在她面前，她却不认识孙女。因为在孔奶奶的脑海中，自己也有一个孙女叫薛紫娇，但她还很小，不是这么漂亮的大闺女，这一幕让很多人都感觉到很无奈，也很伤感。
